We're an established software company building and modernizing a Loan Origination System (LOS) tailored specifically for Canadian credit unions. Our goal is to make lending simple, efficient, and flexible—empowering credit unions to serve their members better.

We're looking for a Business Analyst who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats. Someone who can write solid, clear requirements, collaborate closely with product and development teams, and jump in to help with QA or support when needed. If you’ve worked with LOS platforms or have experience in the credit union or financial services space, you’ll feel right at home.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work with internal stakeholders and clients to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Assist with system testing, validating that features meet requirements and function correctly.
Support Troubleshooting, and product questions as you become more familiar with the system.
Continuously look for ways to improve our internal processes and product usability.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in a business analyst or related role, ideally within a software or SaaS company.
Experience with Loan Origination Systems, financial services, or Canadian credit unions is a huge plus.
Comfortable working in agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
Strong communication and documentation skills—you can explain complex things simply.
Ability to switch gears—whether it’s diving into QA, helping with support, or clarifying a requirement on the fly.
Bonus points for experience with software testing, customer support, or product management.
