Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
  • More than 35 hours per week
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm Brisbane Time 
  • Client Location/Timezone: Brisbane, Australia, AEST

A well-established and dynamic removal and storage company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager


Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute both inbound and outbound sales calls with a high level of professionalism
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook, providing prompt and persuasive responses
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Book removalist jobs for both residential and commercial clients
  • Upsell additional services such as packing, unpacking, and storage solutions
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets consistently, commissions will be provided
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their moving process

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent, professional-level English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
