Position Summary:CoreSphere is seeking a Proposal and Demo Specialist with exceptional writing, organizational, and presentation skills to support product-related business development efforts. This individual will participate in the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including the development of tailored responses aligned with product capabilities and coordinating compelling product demonstrations that showcase value to prospective customers. The role also includes maintaining and updating proposal and marketing materials, managing a centralized content library, and ensuring alignment with current product features and branding. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, adaptability, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. A can-do attitude, creativity, and effective time-management will contribute to both individual success and the company’s commitment to integrity, insight, and innovation. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities: Proposal and Marketing Material Development and Updates
Maintain and regularly update a centralized content library for product-related proposal content, including standard language, boilerplate answers, product descriptions, and case studies
Collaborate with business development and product teams to ensure proposal content reflects the most current product features, company positioning, and branding
Refresh and tailor marketing collateral (e.g., capability statements, one-pagers, slide decks) for specific audiences or proposal needs
Conduct periodic audits and coordinate updates to graphics, visuals, and design elements used in both proposals and demo decks to maintain a modern, professional appearance
Proposal Development (RFPs)
Review RFPs for alignment with the product’s capabilities and strategic fit
Evaluate RFPs for key deadlines, Q&A submission requirements, and response structure
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary content and clarify scope
Write compelling, accurate, and compliant proposal responses tailored to customers’ needs
Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth initiative in alignment with quarterly and yearly objectives
Demo Preparation and Execution
Review RFP or customer materials to understand demo scope and business requirements
Develop customized demo outlines/scripts based on proposal and customer priorities
Prepare and populate demo environments with realistic data and implement configuration changes to reflect customer-specific needs
Log, retest, and resolve demo-related bugs or issues in collaboration with tech teams
Conduct demo dry runs to ensure flow, functionality, and readiness
Maintain and update demo decks and materials to reflect latest product updates
Deliver engaging and professional demos to prospective customers, either virtually or in person
Required Skills and Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of two years of prior experience, consulting experience a plus
Minimum of two years of prior experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps
Ability to plan, coordinate, and organize one’s own work schedule
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent assignments and activities
Strong written communication skills, with ability to synthesize technical details into customer-friendly language
Strong presentation skills, with experience facilitating demos or delivering customer-facing presentations
Basic understanding of software configuration, data setup, and bug tracking/testing processes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, and technical teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
