Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Managers to support our growing real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities, who can manage a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual reception services, including answering calls and responding to client inquiries
Prepare lease agreements and related documentation accurately and efficiently
Process invoices and maintain up-to-date financial records
Perform data entry and maintain information in internal systems and databases (Cloud Console CRM)
Follow up on rent and payment collections from tenants
Create and track work orders for property maintenance requests
Support the team with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in real estate support role is required
Familiarity with property management processes and systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
