Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Managers to support our growing real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities, who can manage a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual reception services, including answering calls and responding to client inquiries

  • Prepare lease agreements and related documentation accurately and efficiently

  • Process invoices and maintain up-to-date financial records

  • Perform data entry and maintain information in internal systems and databases (Cloud Console CRM)

  • Follow up on rent and payment collections from tenants

  • Create and track work orders for property maintenance requests

  • Support the team with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in real estate support role is required

  • Familiarity with property management processes and systems is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
