Working time is divided unequally into short and long weeks:

  • Long Weeks: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Short Weeks: Wed & Thu (5 days off)
  • Shift Hours: 2:30am–03:00pm Manila time (12h shift)

You’ll always have 5 days off in a row every other week!

The Challenge Ahead

As a KYC & Accounts Verification Specialist, you’ll play a key role in customer onboarding, risk mitigation, and compliance at CloudTalk. You'll ensure the legitimacy of new accounts, verify documentation, and help safeguard the integrity of our platform.

What you will work on:
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for new customer accounts: verify identity documents, company information, and potential risk indicators.
  • Review and approve/reject account applications based on predefined onboarding and compliance criteria.
  • Investigate suspicious applications, flag potential fraud, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Provide clear and professional technical support to existing or new clients.
  • Help build and maintain internal knowledge bases, onboarding checklists, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the verification process and compliance workflows.

  • (Ideally) You have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
    • KYC/AML processes
    • Customer onboarding or compliance
    • Document or identity verification
    • Fraud investigation or risk flagging
    • SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries
  • You're a self-starter who can take ownership of workflows and decisions.
  • You are collaborative and happy to support teammates when needed.
  • You have a strong learning mindset and are eager to grow your knowledge of compliance and technology.
