  • Sales Support
    • Collaborate with distributor sales reps to support deal closure. Aid with large or complex quotes and projects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Pipeline Accuracy & Follow-Up:
    • Audit new pipeline entries for accuracy and completeness and perform routine follow-up on existing opportunities to maintain data integrity
  • Partner Enablement:
    • Deliver high levels of service across day-to-day distributor activities, including handling technical inquiries, addressing post-order issues, and resolving unique distributor challenges
    • Assist with small-scale partner training and enablement efforts to improve distributor performance and knowledge
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or channel/distribution sales
  • Proven track record of pipeline management and sales support success
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, quoting, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
