Job description

At FuturHealth, we're on a mission to create a product where every individual feels inspired and empowered to confidently take charge of their wellbeing. We believe in and are dedicated to offering personalized and holistic approaches to combat health concerns.

Operating at the intersection of health and technology, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including telemedicine, personalized nutrition plans, medication delivery, and insurance solutions. We believe that wellbeing is deeply personal, and the path to becoming the best version of yourself is paved with progress, not perfection. Our central focus is on utilizing scientifically-proven prescriptions and telehealth initiatives to tackle obesity head-on.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-minded IT Systems Engineer to help build, secure, and optimize the infrastructure powering FuturHealth’s internal operations. You’ll partner closely with our IT Manager to manage core SaaS systems, automate onboarding and provisioning workflows, support compliance, and keep our technology environment fast, secure, and scalable. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys getting deep into the details while building for the big picture.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace Enterprise, including security configuration and policy enforcement.
  • Deploy and manage devices using Jamf Pro (Mac) and NinjaOne (Windows).
  • Manage and expand SSO / SAML / SCIM integrations across SaaS applications (Okta, Google, Microsoft).
  • Configure and govern Slack workspace settings, profiles, and security policies.
  • Support vendor onboarding/offboarding and contract management processes.
  • Drive IT service management workflows within Jira and Confluence.
  • Own and automate IT onboarding and offboarding workflows end-to-end.
  • Manage SaaS application lifecycle: configuration, rollout, and deprecation (e.g., Avanan, Todyl, Dropsuite).
  • Maintain domain management, DNS records, and Cloudflare configurations.
  • Support backup and disaster recovery planning for Google Workspace and related systems.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain and enforce HITRUST controls.

About You
  • Experience:

    • Strong experience managing Google Workspace at the enterprise level.
    • Hands-on with MDM tools like Jamf Pro and NinjaOne.
    • Familiar with SSO, SAML, and SCIM configuration and identity provider setup.
    • Proficient with Slack administration and security governance.
    • Familiarity with ITSM processes (ticketing, request fulfillment, asset tracking).

  • Mindset & Strengths:

    • Startup-tested and adaptable; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and owning systems from end to end.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Enthusiastic about automation, optimization, and using AI tools to drive efficiency.

Nice to Have
  • Experience managing Cloudflare and DNS infrastructure.
  • Basic scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments (HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Experience configuring email security platforms like Avanan.

The pay range for this role is $103,000- $130,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
