The RoleAs a Sales Operations Analyst at our fast-growing SaaS startup, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales infrastructure and processes. This role is designed for a proactive analyst who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and seeks opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies. You'll partner closely with internal teams to drive impactful analytics, ensure data integrity within Salesforce, and support strategic planning efforts.
Day-to-Day
- Generate insightful sales analytics and regular reporting to support sales leadership.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM for accuracy, usability, and compliance.
- Support sales forecasting, planning activities, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process innovation and improvement, implementing efficient and scalable workflows.
- Lead and manage internal projects involving cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide enablement and support to sales teams on processes, tools, and analytics.
- Actively monitor and enforce system hygiene, data quality, and operational best practices.
- Prepare clear communications and recommendations from complex analyses for various stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced data analysis & statistical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, analytics software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking
- Effective communication of complex data insights
The SalaryIn accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of USD $90,000-$140,000. This range encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits such as those listed below. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
