Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Analyst to support and enhance our SAP systems related to order-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP SD modules and experience in analyzing business needs, configuring SAP solutions, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and distribution processes that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, supporting order processing, billing, pricing, shipping, and invoicing processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Configure and customize SAP SD settings to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and IT to implement integrated solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
- Resolve day-to-day SAP SD support issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in data migration, user training, and go-live support during SAP implementations or upgrades.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, updates, and new functionalities to recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, functional specs, and system configuration guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) business processes.
- Proven experience with SAP SD configuration, including pricing procedures, billing, and sales order management.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
