Outpatient Therapist (LCSW) – PST Schedule

Position: License Clinical Social Worker

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | Oregon License Strongly Preferred

Compensation: Starting at $78,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (40 hours/week)

We're currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual intake and therapy services for patients ages 13+ through one of our Oregon-based outpatient partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients (ages 13+) with a variety of diagnoses, with comfortability with treating adults as well as parents and teens in a rural coastal community.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including peer support staff, psychiatry, crisis services, case management, early psychosis treatment program, developmental disabilities office, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Oregon-based outpatient CMHC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
• Patient Population: 13+ (primarily adults), with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PSTD, and SUD
• Appointments: 90 minutes for intakes, 45-60 minutes for follow-up appointments
• Caseload: Approx. 7 appointments per day/20-25 visits per week

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience as an independently LCSW, Oregon license strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours.
• Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience
• Fluency in Spanish and being able to provide care in this language a plus.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Must have passed ASWB examination
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with CareLogic is a plus!)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
