About this role:
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Readiness & Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. In this role, you'll be the architect of our sales enablement strategy, translating complex product features, competitor analysis, commercial sales training, and overarching sales strategies into engaging and impactful learning experiences. You'll also lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional product demonstrations that drive revenue growth.

  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging sales training programs, including product training, sales methodology, commercial skills, tech stack optimization, and competitive analysis
  • Enhance existing sales onboarding program with organization in LMS and additional training content development that accelerates ramp time and improves early-stage performance
  • Own the internal sales knowledge base in Guru with initial audit, plan for reorganization, gap analysis, and process for ongoing improvements and knowledge verification
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 Solutions Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Help implement and optimize sales enablement tools (e.g., Guru, Gong, Salesforce, Google Classroom)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales objectives and develop “just in time” enablement programs that support revenue goals
  • Translate intricate product features and sales strategies into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials (e.g., presentations, videos, e-learning modules, job aids)
  • Measure the success of enablement programs and report to sales leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales enablement

  • About You
  • Proven experience in sales, sales enablement, training, or related field, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and lifecycle stages
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex information into clear and engaging content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and reporting
