Job description

Found is transforming personalized weight care with an evidence-based platform that combines modern medicine, behavior change support, personalized coaching, and a supportive community. Since launching in 2019, Found has served over 250,000 patients across the U.S., making high-quality, affordable treatment more accessible while reducing healthcare costs for consumers, employers, and payors. Backed by $130M+ from top investors including Atomic, GV, WestCap, IVP, TCG, and Define Ventures, Found is redefining how personalized weight care is delivered at scale.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who thrives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments, and who knows how to anticipate needs before they're spoken. If you're a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, and you're energized by working side-by-side with a founder/CEO building a category-defining company—this one's for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the CEO’s right hand: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, coordinate logistics, and keep communications flowing across internal and external stakeholders. Serve as an extension of the CEO by keeping a pulse on the important personal moments of team members (e.g. welcoming a child, death in the family) and suggesting and coordinating an appropriate response.
  • Run the day-to-day: Own travel planning, investor and board coordination, speaking engagements, event logistics, and personal administrative tasks.
  • Connect the dots: Ensure the CEO is informed, prepared, and focused—whether that’s for an investor meeting, strategic planning session, or high-priority customer call. Understand strategic business needs, prioritize conflicting requests and protect the senior leadership team’s time.
  • Build leverage: Identify and implement ways to optimize workflows, streamline communication, and scale the CEO’s impact. Proactively flag areas where the CEO may be a potential blocker or need additional time to prepare or action follow-ups.
  • Organize executive team off-sites: Our executive team gathers 6 times a year to spend 1 week of coworking, the Executive Assistant will organize the logistics and operations of such gathering
  • Organize the company yearly gathering: the entire company gathers every year to celebrate successes and learn together. The Executive Assistant will lead the organization of the event.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (experience supporting founders is a plus) or supporting a partner in a consulting/legal/VC/PE firm.
  • You’re ruthlessly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive to a fault.
  • High EQ and impeccable discretion—you can handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and unafraid to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Sharp written and verbal communicator who can write on behalf of the CEO when needed.
  • Confident working with (and sometimes wrangling) investors, board members, senior execs, and key customers.
  • Tech-savvy—strong command of tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and modern calendar and travel management tools.

Found is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  We seek and celebrate diversity in its many forms.  If you’re excited about this opportunity but do not meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
