Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time (9AM to 6PM Sydney Time)

Additional days and hours are occasionally required, particularly around events like Valentine's Day & Mother's Day

Job Responsibilities:

Manage social media communities across two regions/ sites (Australia and the US)
Collecting tagged content for social proof
Assisting with content generation for monthly organic calendar & scheduling them accordingly across all three sites. Including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Managing Okendo reviews and endorsing them to Google reviews, and managing Google Reviews respectively
Pricing and product changes through Shopify
Updating and maintaining prices and product changes in external partner interfaces like UberEats accordingly
Updating & maintaining the Master Pricelist
Assisting the customer service team during busy periods
