Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the management and automation of our cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a key player in our Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) Team, utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform to enhance our system's efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure with GCP and Terraform Develop and oversee automation scripts and pipelines for CI/CD processes Work collaboratively with the Cloud CoE Team to analyze client requirements and deliver technical solutions Address and resolve infrastructure issues with effective solutions Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in DevOps and cloud technologies Suggest and implement improvements to the cloud infrastructure Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field Background in DevOps with a strong understanding of its principles and practices Proficiency in automation with skills in scripting and programming languages Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines encompassing a variety of tools Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Terraform Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level) Nice to have Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies Proven track record of improving cloud infrastructure We offer Work on a flexible schedule remotely or from any of our comfortable offices or coworking spaces in Ukraine Receive the necessary equipment to perform your work tasks Change projects and technology stacks within EPAM Gain experience in various business domains (Insurance, E-commerce, Healthcare, Finance, Travelling, Media, Artificial Intelligence, and more) Consider relocation options in over 30 countries worldwide Participate in volunteer, charity programs and communities (both technical and interest-based) You can plan your individual career path together with your manager.
