As a NoSQL DBA Expert , you'll be at the forefront of our NoSQL database initiatives. You'll work with a dynamic team, providing essential support and automation for high-load NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and Redis. Responsibilities Design and Implement: Get hands-on in designing, implementing, and supporting NoSQL databases and distributed systems in a client/server environment Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for MongoDB-related initiatives and lead database administration and maintenance tasks Collaborate and Resolve: Work closely with Developers/Users to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage High Availability: Implement and support high availability solutions Performance Maestro: Analyze performance using KPIs like database storage I/O, latency, QPS, and TPS Cluster Commander: Install, configure, and maintain multiple NoSQL clusters Optimization Virtuoso: Optimize databases for the best performance-to-cost ratio, especially for other teams Backup & Recovery Maestro: Design, implement, and troubleshoot backup and recovery solutions Disaster Recovery Champion: Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies for database restoration in alternate locations Requirements NoSQL Guru: You have over 3 years of practical experience managing high-load NoSQL databases, and MongoDB is your playground.
