Min 2.5 years of Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
Core responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives. Maintain and update calendars to ensure efficient time management. Respond to incoming emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Arrange travel plans including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed. Manage day-to-day tasks and maintain an organized work environment. Assist with various administrative duties such as document preparation, record keeping, and office supply management. Take accurate notes during meetings and prepare agendas and minutes as required
