Global Alliances Director Location: United States or Canada Remote – Global travel up to 50% may be required Vitech is seeking an Alliances Director to lead and expand our strategic global partnerships. In this high-impact role, you'll define and implement our alliance strategy, working closely with partners to co-create go-to-market success. You’ll shape joint value propositions, accelerate pipeline growth, and unlock new revenue opportunities across the insurance and pension ecosystems. What you will do: Lead Alliance Strategy: Serve as the primary architect and relationship manager for Vitech’s global strategic alliances. Align vision, business planning, and go-to-market strategies across both organizations. Drive Joint Go-to-Market (GTM): Define and execute GTM programs including joint sales motions, marketing initiatives, and opportunity engagement strategies that drive mutual growth. Optimize Portfolio Alignment: Map offerings between Vitech and partners, identify gaps and co-innovation opportunities, and manage competitive dynamics via heat mapping and rules of engagement. Ensure Organizational Alignment: Identify critical cross-functional roles and responsibilities required to operationalize the alliance strategy—aligning sales, marketing, product, services, and executive stakeholders. Manage Joint Performance: Lead joint business planning and performance reviews, including certifications, revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and lifecycle governance. Ignite Demand: Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to develop and execute a joint demand generation plan—including campaigns, co-marketing, and thought leadership initiatives. Champion Sales Engagement: Facilitate direct collaboration between partners and Vitech’s Sales team to expand market presence and grow license revenue. Lead Governance: Establish a strong operating cadence including executive sponsor alignment, peer mapping, and regular business reviews. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external senior leaders. Be the Partner Advocate: Represent partner interests internally and externally. Ensure sustained engagement and mutual success across technical, marketing, and business functions. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of alliances experience in pensions, group insurance, or financial services ecosystems Proven track record of building and managing high-growth, high-value strategic partnerships Expertise in executing complex partnership models—from commercial structures to co-innovation Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels, from sales teams to C-suite stakeholders Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills Business and technical acumen , with the ability to align offerings, identify market opportunities, and drive organizational buy-in Experience with partner performance management, demand generation, and governance practices Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required Bonus Points If You Have An MBA or equivalent advanced degree Experience negotiating partnership agreements across multiple geographies Ability to speak, read, or write in French Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce Background in Marketplace development Relationships with systems integrators and influencers in the pension and insurance sectors across the US, Canada, and Europe Why Join Us?
