Job Summary As our Ethos sales team continues to expand, we are seeking a full-time Assistant Account Manager - Investigations (REMOTE) to support our Account Managers in sales, prospecting, and client relationship management. This role thrives in a collaborative team environment and plays a key part in driving overall sales success. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong interest in building a client-facing sales career and growing into an Account Manager role. Responsibilities Client Growth and Engagement: Assist in prospecting, outreach, and appointment setting by calling on delinquent assigners to generate new sales opportunities. Identify and help resolve client concerns as needed. Account Support and Optimization: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects when an Account Manager is unavailable. Help convert client case orders and support cross-selling efforts to enhance case outcomes. Client Meetings & Onboarding: Attend industry conferences, assisting with booth setup and breakdown. Participate in virtual and in-person prospect meetings alongside Account Managers and assist in creating action plans for onboarding new accounts. Documentation Management: Assist in preparing RFPs and ensuring client instructions are accurately maintained in Sightline. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales or operations experience in the insurance industry or in B2B/B2C Sales with outbound/inbound phone sales experience (preferred) Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. Works well in a team environment, bringing creative problem-solving to a fast-paced workflow. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (preferred).
