Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is looking to hire a back office investment transfers associate to help support their corporate head office located in the downtown Toronto area. Please note, this is a predominantly work from home role, with the expectation to work in the office once a month (Downtown Office). Our client is seeking a junior investment transfers associate to join a dynamic team at one of Canada's largest banking institutions within their Wealth Management Operations group. The team's core mission is to facilitate the swift and efficient transfer of assets for high-net-worth clients between financial institutions across Canada. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and the ability to learn new tasks and processes with an eye for detail. Collaborate with your team, leadership & internal/external business partners to resolve issues efficiently and effectively according to Industry standards. Daily responsibilities will include data entry, transfer processing, and prioritizing branch inquiries. You will also be required to follow-up with External Firms on the status of active transfers.
