Job Title: FP&A Analysts x 2 Contract Type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid home/office based Closing date: 14th May 2025 We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two enthusiastic FP&A Analysts into our dynamic Finance team at Royal London Asset Management. This opportunity is ideally suited to individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career in Finance and as a chartered accountant. In this role, you'll gain a solid foundation in FP&A and financial close processes. We are committed to supporting your professional growth, including helping you complete your accountancy qualification. You'll be part of a friendly and diverse team, bringing together a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance. About The Role Support the production of high-quality management information that ensures financial performance is understood by business management. Provide well-considered analysis that contributes to the understanding of the financials and profitability of the business. Contribute to the production and analysis of the monthly P&L, understanding key drivers to variances and considering their future impacts. Contribute to the regular forecasting and annual Business Plan processes, understanding key drivers to variances. Evolve MI to meet business requirements and maintain relevance, leveraging technology and automation as far as possible to make processes efficient. About You Recent graduate or equivalent qualification, preferably in a course focused on Finance or Numeracy. Desire to complete an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA) Excellent communication and influencing skills. Team player. Tenacious and ‘can do’ attitude. Thorough approach and attention to detail.
