Job description

Sales Representative Medical Respiratory Equipment Must live in the state of Minnesota Job Description: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients and facilities to drive business growth. This role involves managing key accounts, cold calling, prospecting, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations. Must have an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and the company’s products and services, including respiratory and rehab solutions. Essential Functions: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and facilities. Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business and accounts. Assist in developing sales strategies and targeting accounts. Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales goals and objectives. Participate in weekly sales meetings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM system. Manage key account relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and CMS guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and developments. Keep informed of changes in the healthcare and medical equipment industry. Possess detailed knowledge of the company's products and services, including rehab and respiratory solutions. Attend company-provided training and educational programs. Comply with all HIPAA, HQAA, and company compliance regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements: Live in the state of Minnesota A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or related healthcare fields. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects. Ability to effectively operate computer software required for the position. Experience with CRM software to manage sales activities and reporting. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA). Competencies: Client Relationship Management Sales Strategy Development Industry Knowledge Communication Skills Detail-Oriented Problem-Solving Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to client locations and facilities as required. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds when handling product samples or equipment.
