The Regional Manager, West is responsible for leading and managing daily operations of the field to achieve business goals. As the Regional Manager, duties include overseeing Retail Account Coordinator staff, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing performance, preparing and delivering performance evaluations and documentation, actively recruiting and interviewing, and ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.

You must must be able to recruit, lead, and manage teams, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. A top-notch Regional Manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Job Responsibilities
Educate, develop, support, mentor, and retain a dynamic sales team inclusive of RACs, RTs, and BEs.
Manage the development of Retail Account Coordinators.
Weekly touchbases with direct reports. (RACs, RTs, and BEs)
Complete documentation for employees such as reviews, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and conduct in-store trainings with BEs/RACs based on the needs of the employee’s development. Observe and provide collaborative & hands on feedback to teams on service and selling skills.
Approve & manage attendance & time off requests.
Partner with Human Resources and/VP, Field Sales for escalated client and employee issues in a timely matter.
Partner with Human Resources in active recruiting and facilitating interviews.
Ensure excellence in Headkount retailer relationships.
Provide in-field retailer support based on the needs of the business.
Ensure retailer policy and procedures are upheld to quality standards.
Drive sales, events, and execute strategies and initiatives within each retailer to ensure the achievement of sales plans.
Skills & Requirements
Must be located in the Los Angeles, CA market
High school diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years managing field sales employees
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid time management and prioritization skills
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
