Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and getting things done. In this role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the marketing team—keeping projects on track, timelines tight, and stakeholders aligned. You're the one who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, even when priorities shift and the pressure’s on. You’re more than a task manager—you’re a proactive problem-solver with a calm, confident presence. You ask the right questions, anticipate blockers before they become problems, and bring just the right balance of diplomacy and drive to keep momentum strong and teams accountable. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines and marketing calendars Lead weekly status meetings, surfacing progress, roadblocks, and next steps across functions Drive deliverables across Creative, Brand, DTC, and Product teams—ensuring alignment and accountability Manage creative reviews, routing, feedback cycles, and approvals with precision Flag risks to scope, timing, or resources early—and actively work toward solutions Maintain centralized documentation including meeting notes, trackers, and retrospectives Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to uphold delivery standards and timelines Foster a culture of accountability and follow-through—with a positive, team-first approach What You’ll Bring 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment Deep understanding of cross-functional workflows, especially for brand and product campaign launches Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) Strong communication skills and the confidence to push back when needed—always with professionalism and respect Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and comfort managing fast-moving projects Recruiting for this role ends on ­­­­­­­­June 1, 2025.
