HR Project Manager

Responsible for leading Corporate Function (Human Resources) initiatives. They will lead a variety of different types of projects including large-scale application development, systems integration, process re-engineering and operational efficiency improvements. Responsibilities Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters Works with resource managers to ensure that resource capacity planning is accurately forecast, and provides ongoing reconciliation of actual time spent against forecasts Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan Handles risks and issues management for the project-level risks and interdependencies Partners with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed Manages team relationships to ensure effective delivery Facilitates problem-solving and resolves stakeholder conflict Experience Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with stakeholders Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively & succeed within a highly collaborative culture Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally Demonstrated sound business and technical acumen Understanding of cross-functional dependencies and how they impact project execution Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.40 to $72.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
