What you'll be doing?🔸 Scout and hype fan groups for our client's platform, collaborating with the US sales squad to connect with global music lovers.🔸 Slide into DMs of fan armies (Swifties, Beliebers, Little Monsters - you name it!) to promote our partner’s platform and do follow-ups to keep the excitement alive.🔸 Build epic bonds with key fan accounts, sharing your music obsession and keeping the community engaged.🔸 Grow and track a network of potential fans, updating statuses based on every interaction and keeping the vibe fresh.🔸 Stay lit with the latest music drops and industry trends, reporting insights and hot takes to your line managers.🔸 Track program results, spill the tea on what's working or not, and suggest cool tweaks to level up our outreach game.🔸 Source and track fans across X/Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms daily, drafting and coordinating outreach messages.🔸 Monitor incoming platform requests, flag important ones to the team, and maintain the weekly Notable Artist Dates calendar.🔸 Archive artist materials like live audio in Dropbox, handle user request approvals, and keep streaming goal trackers up to date.🔸 Keep everything organized in Airtable (or similar tools) and manage all admin tasks reliably and consistently.About You🎧 You're obsessed with pop culture and music, always in the know about industry buzz.🎧 You've got the creds: experience in sales or customer support in creative/startup/community spaces - preferred, but not mandatory.🎧 Your English communication skills are top-notch (C1 level), both written and spoken.🎧 You're confident and chill with making calls to US prospects and partners, familiar with US slang, LOL.🎧 You're savvy with CRM tools and Google Spreadsheets or quick and willing to learn them.🎧 You're eager to learn, grow, and bring your creativity to improve processes.🎧 You’ve got laser focus, follow repetitive processes without zoning out, and can work independently like a boss.🎧 You’re organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative when needed.Perks💰 Fair market pay🏋🏻 7card - national coverage for sport & wellness activities🏥 A very inclusive medical insurance plan at Regina Maria🏠 Remote, full-time job - work from the comfort of your own home!🕐 Monday - Friday, 2PM - 11PM schedule (with 1 hour of lunch break 🍕)🥳 Start-up culture, young team, no egos, no BSAbout Us
