Job Summary:
We are seeking a Feasibility Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to drive the growth of sales and new business within IMA Clinical Research. This role plays a vital part in enhancing feasibility processes and maintaining key systems, contributing directly to our business development success.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete and manage feasibility questionnaires
Update and maintain CRM systems (updates, reports and training)
Improve and streamline feasibility and sales processes
Spearhead sales data vendor relationships
Support a variety of sales operations activities
Manage SIP and site portal access and maintenance
Uphold confidentiality of client and corporate data
Initiate solutions to improve RFI/FQ information efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in clinical research feasibility, site networks, CROs, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Strong understanding of clinical research terms and stakeholders
Strategic mindset for proposals and feasibility submissions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
