Job description

We are Futuremedia, an established digital agency and startup accelerator with a tradition of developing and scaling highly competitive, high-traffic SaaS and B2C products with millions monthly of users across the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilanguage LQA Lead to manage the LQA side of all products and new feature launches and help provide a bug free localized product. Your mission will involve executing and managing manual LQA for different products and features to assure quality, write test plans for linguistic freelancers testing, fix linguistic bugs as reported when applicable and improve processes.

In this job you will:

• Work in concert with the QA team, execute manual testing of the products and features in multiple languages on website and mobile.

• Work closely with language specialists, localization engineers, internal business partners, and external vendors.

• Write easy to follow and efficient test plans for non tech freelancer language specialists and triage filed bugs as appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a similar position
  • Experience in writing test plans for others
  • Good manual QA test skills
  • Experience with Jira and other major bug reporting tools
  • Experience multitasking and interacting with other teams
  • Experience with linguistics, localization, translation
  • At least 1 language besides English
  • Eager to find root cause of issues and prevent upstream
  • Proactive, creative, curious
  • Able to reinforce teamwork and facilitate cross-teams communication
  • Problem solver able to work indipendently
  • Flexible and easily adaptable
  • Time management skills
  • Bachelor's in Linguistics
