What You Will Be Doing

Take responsibility for the technical success of your part of the product (implications of decisions, management of technical debt, etc.)
Advise the customer regarding technology and product related decisions
Translate a client requirement into necessary deliverables for the team (what and how)
Be a team advocate of engineering standards
Recognizes tech-debt on a module as well as a project level
Evaluate, recommend and select simple, cost effective and stable frameworks/solutions where possible
Takes ownership for the solution quality of a project and guides the team towards coding, testing and deployment best practices
Gather requirements, documents and present solutions
Collaborates with clients and colleagues to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Participating in all phases of software development lifecycle.
Debug, troubleshoot and fix technical issues
Participating in all phases of software development lifecycle.
Guides and mentors engineers with lower seniority level.

You’re a Good Match If You Have

5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Familiarity with AWS and multi-cloud environments
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and best practices.
Hands-on experience in infrastructure and software delivery automation.
Proficiency in Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitHub & GitHub Workflow Management, ArgoCD, and New Relic.
Basic coding skills in any scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).
Ability to understand technical issues and challenges and provide technical recommendations for multiple platforms and programming languages
Ability to jump into any project or technology quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
