Job Title:

Analyst, Compensation

Job Description

The Analyst, Compensation is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and implement the organization's compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tool 
  • Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of compensation information and data to assist management in effective decision making, develop clear visuals to communicate findings 
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive compensation solutions that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies
  • Perform job evaluation, market pricing, and ad-hoc compensation analyses
  • Execute merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes  
  • Review and approve proposed compensation adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices  
  • Evaluate programs and reviews trends, changes in legislation/regulation, and/or advancements in technology to make recommendations for changes and improvements
  • May assist with participation and analysis of global or local compensation surveys

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience working on MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
