Position Description
The Recruiters primary responsibility will be to partner with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving talent needs of Charter College. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent, and manage business relationships with internal clients.
The Recruiter will also be responsible for general human resources functions like:
Managing background check form
Managing offer letters
We are a service department with top notch service expectations.
The Recruiter reports to the Director of Human Resources (DHR).
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the business
Post and monitor positions for timely attraction of candidates
Regular follow up with the respective Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
Manage background checks for all new employees.
Manage offer letters for all new and existing employees.
Complete 3 rd party employment verifications for current and previous employees
Complete unemployment benefit paperwork for all former employees within governmental agency mandated timelines.
Cross train with other personnel in the Human Resources department
Other HR related duties as assigned by the DHR
Job Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 2-3 years of Recruiting experience or
Minimum of 2-3 years of working in an HR office
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
College degree from a recognized college or university preferred
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience required
Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products required
Experience using Applicant Tracking/Talent Management or HR software preferred
Experience in general HR functions is preferred
Ability to pass a background check required
Compensation
Salary - Exempt position
Pay range: $55,000/yr. β $65,500/yr.
Compensation dependent upon experience, knowledge and education level
