This role is a hybrid position. Our ideal candidate will work in the Las Vegas office 3 days per week and at home 2 days per week.
The
Revenue Manager
develops strategies for group and transient business thresholds within a five-year forecast to ensure measurable improvements in demand and availability. Supplies critical analysis on short-range decisions' effects on occupancy, average rate, and room profit goals within 53 weeks. Analysis of city events and activities projecting the effect of possible risks and opportunities.
Position Summary
Responsible for final decisions on short-term and long-term pricing strategies & inventory controls. Leads revenue meetings providing direction to the Sales & Marketing Teams to improve performance.
Establish Annual Budget & Forecasts for each property. Responsible for generating a minimum annual revenue of $42M+.
Create and maintain reporting and provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors: Reviews end of month rental statistics reports including monthly revenue management reports, operations reports, and provides critical analysis on performance vs. forecasts, budget, and results of implemented strategies. Review tentative and group bookings to ensure support of implemented strategies, quote group rates, monitor usage
Partner with 3rd party accounts to drive profitable business.
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
3 + Years of related experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager
2 + Years of management or supervisory experience
Handling Multi-property experience is vital for this role
Computer Experience with proficiency in Excel & Word
10% Travel required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of OnQ R&I
5-7 years of tried experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager
