Position: Travel Agent Customer Service Representative
Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from travel advisors, sell ourproducts to travel agencies, and ensure top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into sales, highlight product features, quote prices, and process payments.
Follow up with customers via phone and email, handle high call volumes, and navigate software.
Book cruises, generate invoices, follow up with clients, and maintain the reservation database.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with essential customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and reservation software, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Travel experience is a plus
Experience Level
Expert Level with at least three years of sales and/or customer service experience.
Hours: 9 am to 6 pm PST , Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month from 7 am to 1 pm, paid for a full day, and an additional weekday off when working on a Saturday.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $21.63/hr
When you go permanent: Full Medical, Dental & Vision through Kaiser, 20 Days of PTO per year, including holidays.
Incentive Program: Commission based on individual and departmental reservations.
Earnings Potential: Top specialists can make over $100,000 a year with no cap.
