The Vacancy
Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is looking for Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Flood, Maritime, and Coastal team. Our team provides consultancy services for flood defence projects in the UK and Ireland, alongside port, harbour, marine terminal, and coastal projects globally. We also manage Critical Human Infrastructure projects in the Water and Flood Risk Management sector.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join our development programme and become a valued member of our highly experienced and respected team at Binnies. We recognise each Graduate Engineer as an individual, providing relevant training, development, and support to advance your engineering career.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver work packages within budget and schedule to meet project requirements
Understand project scope and identify contractual changes
Understand customer’s basic and performance requirements
Undertake feasibility assessments, optioneering, and design
Balance workload across multiple projects
Prepare clear and concise deliverables for the intended audience
Conduct site inspections
Work in client offices on short-term secondments
About You
Qualifications for IEng MICE or CEng MICE or equivalent institutions
Desire to achieve Incorporated or Chartered membership of ICE, CIWEM, or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and effective team player
Motivated to work on maritime & coastal projects
