About The Role
Are you looking for an apprenticeship?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a People Administration Apprentice.
This two-year apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to work within our People team in a positive and open working environment.
In this role you will learn how to develop strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across our directorates and build mutual trust and respect.
You will be working with the Training Team to help plan and schedule our annual business technical training plan by assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data, including training files, records, and HR systems. You will also ensure customers needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.
In addition to your work, you'll complete a
level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration
where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
About You
Were looking for individuals who are self-motivated and passionate and creative in their approach to achieving goals.
You should be highly organised and good at planning and scheduling as well as having the ability to prioritise your own workload.
You will be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must as you will be collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to build relationships.
Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel would be desirable.
We are looking for you to have a grade 4 or above in Maths & English GCSE.
Please note, you will be employed by our Training provider ATA.
