Duties and responsibilities:
Undertake painting, decorating & ames taping for the IWI contract
Ability to produce a high standard/quality of work
Srock control / orders
Work in accordance with Health & Safety processes, code of conduct, duty of care
Work in partnership with other operatives and subcontractors
Complete accurate time-sheets and work records
Respect and protect residents and clients’ properties
Must always display excellent customer service to all
Report incidents of unsafe working, child neglect, drug use
Attend training sessions, customer forums, presentations etc. when instructed
Manage waste in accordance with company policy
Skills and experience:
AMES Taping to new plasterboard walls patching or new works.
Application of primer, undercoat, gloss/emulsion to ceilings, walls and woodwork
Application of wallpaper where necessary to a good standard
Ability to manage own time and quality of work
Technical knowledge of materials, products and tools
Ability to work safely, consistently with environmental awareness and respect for others
Qualifications & experience:
Qualified City & Guilds or NVQ2 standards or be committed to obtain them
CSCS qualified
Driving licence
