Oversee branch operations, sales quotas, financial responsibilities, and strategic priorities of the territory. You will understand and capitalize on growth opportunities based on the local market. You will set the strategic priorities for your territory including forecasts, training, quotas, budgets, etc. You will hire, coach, and develop branch managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained/enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several branches. Deliver value by training and directing your organization to meet customer needs. Make an impact by taking full ownership for the operational and revenue success of your territory.
We are seeking Territory Store Managers Southeast Territory (Atlanta, Tennessee, Northern Florida).

YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Multi-unit sales experience preferred

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $86097.0 to $128447.0 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (SIP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 42.86% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
