Basic Requirements
Proven track record with 3+ years of closing significant K-12 deals ($100K+)
Established network of district decision-makers in Texas or California
Expert navigator of public education procurement processes
History of maintaining and converting a $10M+ pipeline into consistent wins
Self-driven professional with full-cycle sales expertise
Tech-savvy with strong CRM proficiency
Based within 2 hours of Texas or California territory
Comfortable with extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
