About the Role
:
The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of both the HR and Recruitment functions. This position focuses on maintaining streamlined workflows, ensuring the accuracy of HR documentation, and upholding compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. It requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive professional with a strong grasp of HR and Talent Acquisition practices, excellent organizational skills, and the discretion to manage sensitive information.
Supports a bilingual work environment with fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal interactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HUMAN RESOURCES
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (HRIS)
Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts, letters, and reports
Manage data entry and updates in HR platforms
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with documentation standards
General Human Resources Support
Assist with payroll data input by collecting and verifying employee and candidate data
Support benefits administration for new hires, including enrollments, updates, and inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR and TA related tasks impacting Payroll & Benefits data
Deliver training as required
Facilitate local team building activities and events
Employee Support & Communication
Serve as a resource for general HR-related inquiries
Monitor the HR inbox and respond to employee questions in a timely manner
Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
Support the coordination of employee engagement programs and initiatives
Assist in resolving routine employee issues or escalating them appropriately
Compliance & Policy Support
Support and monitor adherence to company policies and labor regulations
Assist with HR compliance initiatives and documentation
Support the implementation and communication of policy updates
Contribute to workplace health, safety, and other policy efforts
TALENT ACQUISITION
Recruitment and Onboarding Support
Post job advertisements and coordinate interview scheduling
Assign requisitions to recruiting partners and maintains oversight of requisition progress (interview scheduling, offer generation, onboarding preparation); ensure that SLAs are achieved.
Facilitate & participate in intake calls and weekly recruiting update calls with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition partners. Provide insight of progress and ideas of how to recalibrate strategies to attract top talent. Escalates any recruiting challenges and recommendations to HRBPs in timely fashion.
Maintain oversight to requisition reporting and provide updates regarding recruiting status and KPI achievement.
Manage background checks and reference verification processes
Prepare onboarding materials and set up new hire documentation.
Partner with HRBPs to ensure for seamless transition to offer & onboarding processes. Facilitate New Employee Orientation on a regularly scheduled basis.
Assist with orientation logistics and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology or another related field.
Minimum two years experience progressive HR Experience within global company environment, including working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines with a focus in recruitment, performance management and respective employment laws of region.
Human Resources Certifications a plus, not required
Self-Starter - Demonstrated strategic thinking and influencing skills.
Track record of driving strong business results.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills required.
High level of integrity & professionalism required.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as an approachable, highly trusted coach and advisor to employee and managers on all HR related topics. Previous experience in end to endend-to-end recruitment required.
Strong Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required.
In depth proficiency in working with HRIS/Applicant Tracking systems; i.e. Ceridian Dayforce a plus. Strong aptitude for systems and process management.
Strong influential communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to exert influence and meet commitments in a matrixed organization. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Fluency in English and Spanish languages required.
Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. as required. (up to 10%)
