Responsibilities:
As a RepRally Independent Sales Rep, you will:
Open 20–40 new independent stores per month
in your assigned territory.
Establish and grow relationships
with independent convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
Drive product distribution
by securing initial orders and reorders for our partner brands.
Prospect and visit stores weekly
, with the goal of creating new accounts and increasing brand penetration.
Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions
to maximize store sales and earn bonus payouts.
Key Skills & Expectations:
Independent Hunter Mentality:
Must be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines without micromanagement.
Existing Store Relationships:
Preferred candidates already have active relationships with independent retail owners.
Negotiation Strength:
Ability to overcome objections, secure orders, and structure custom promotions if needed.
Territory Ownership:
Treat your assigned area as your personal business unit — maximize coverage and revisit warm stores.
Communication:
Must have smartphone and be able to update store visit outcomes through Airtable mobile app.
