We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our fast-moving People team. This role will provide crucial administrative and coordination support across key people-related processes and projects, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of talent initiatives. The role is ideal for a graduate looking for their first role within a people function, as you’ll have the opportunity to have exposure to all aspects of the team including training, performance, human resources, inclusion, and more. You’ll play a central role in administration across the function, with significant opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the People team.
Provide executive assistant support to three senior (chief level) leaders, including proactive calendar management and document production support.
Support talent processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training and development, performance evaluations, compensation, and engagement.
Support people data processes including HCMS administration, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the coordination of multiple simultaneous training sessions, including scheduling, coordinating the logistics for presenters, running Zoom and in-person meetings, and tracking the CLE process.
Gather information and prepare documentation such as reports and presentations.
Monitor shared inboxes, triage queries, and ensure timely and accurate responses.
Support in gathering data and metrics for monthly reporting and analysis.
Contribute to talent projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, with a preference for professional services environments.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HCMS (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro) and/or LMS is a plus.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $55,000-75,000.
