Job Summary
CAST is looking for a passionate B2B software marketing professional, experienced in devising demand strategies, executing digital and face-to-face tactics, and assisting sellers in opportunity progression.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing quality leads to the North America sellers.
This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be executing the local marketing tactics in North America, focusing on target audience, lead quality and leveraging the global CAST marketing programs and content as applicable.
This position is based in New York City, with the possibility for hybrid home/office schedule.
Responsibilities
Generate quality leads for CAST sellers to pursue and progress. To that effect:
Immerse herself / himself into the mindset of the target cohorts – CIOs, CIO-1s, CTOs, Architects, Application Owners.
Execute NA lead generation tactics – digital, webinars, events, by CAST or 3rd parties.
Qualify for further follow up NA leads both from local tactics and from globally run programs.
Arm sellers progressing leads or prospecting on their own with content likely to increase conversion.
Partner with Market Intelligence team to feed demand tactics and sellers with quality prospects.
Partner with CAST global marketing team to leverage globally run tactics benefiting NA.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in executing B2B software demand generation tactics on the ground
Ability to empathize and understand corporate IT and App Dev audiences
Experience in the App Dev B2B software space is a plus
Desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
Degree in marketing / communications or degree in IT-related discipline plus marketing experience
