π Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak π
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks:
β Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);
β Meeting targets set by the client and management;
β Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
β Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
What do we expect from you?
π Language: Proficiency in Czech (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
πΌ Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
π» Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
π Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
π Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students and employment contract for other employees);

π Day shifts from Monday to Friday only, no weekend shifts.
