Your daily tasks:

βœ… Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);   

βœ… Meeting targets set by the client and management;  

βœ… Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   

βœ… Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   

 

What do we expect from you?

🌍 Language: Proficiency in Czech (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);  

πŸ’Ό Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;   

πŸ’» Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
