Position: Business Development Executive - Korean Speaker
Location: Remote (anywhere globally) OR Limassol, Cyprus (visa support available if relocating)
Employment type: Services Agreement (Employment contract available only if relocating to Cyprus)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Korean-speaking markets
Promote the companys services to prospective clients and ensure high client satisfaction
Generate leads and grow the client base, focusing on B2B sales opportunities
Manage and expand an active portfolio of clients
Achieve targets and KPIs in accordance with business development strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic market initiatives
Provide market feedback to the company to support future product development
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Korean with strong command of English (minimum B2 level)
Proven experience in business development, specifically within the FX or iGaming industries
Existing portfolio of active clients is highly desirable
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to work under a Services Agreement (or employment contract if based in Cyprus)
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus if applicable (visa support provided, no relocation package)
