2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in social media, SEO, or SEM Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling tools like Later or Buffer Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic keyword tools Excellent written English and ability to write compelling ad or social copy Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and report on results Bonus: Understanding of the wellness/fitness industry and community-building content

Core responsibilities:

Social Media Management Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Create visually engaging posts and videos (using tools like Canva or CapCut) Monitor community interactions and respond to comments/messages Track analytics and adjust content to improve engagement and follower growth Website Traffic & Campaigns Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the website and landing pages Run Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation Use tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) to measure ad performance Coordinate with the team on promotions for new programs, trainers, or events

SEO Optimize website pages, blog content, and metadata for relevant search terms Conduct basic keyword research using tools like Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner Recommend on-page improvements to enhance search visibility Monitor rankings and track organic traffic via Google Search Console and Analytics

SEM Support creation and optimization of Google Ads (Search and Display) Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and quality score Assist in setting budgets and targeting parameters to ensure campaign efficiency Email & Retargeting Help craft weekly newsletters and email automations Set up retargeting campaigns for audiences that visited the website or landing pages
