Job description

Our client simplifies growth for eCommerce brands and manufacturers by providing a broad range of services across multiple platforms. They provide their clients with strategic support, daily management, product page development, analytics/reporting, product development expertise, and more for Amazon.com.

Our eCommerce Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing meetings with a wide variety of potential clients to drive business growth. This role involves prospecting potential leads, booking meetings with high quality candidates, refining pitches, and executing seamless handoffs to the sales team. This role works closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that attract and convert prospects into loyal clients, aiming to achieve a target of generating a minimum of 20 prospect meetings per month.

Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

● Develop and execute effective cold call strategies to begin thoughtful and lasting relationships with highly qualified clients

● Stay up to date with services to better inform prospects of our offerings

● Build strong initial relationships with prospects to help guide them through the sales process.

● Drive sales pipeline growth by helping the sales team to achieve 6 new clients per month

● Proactively identify opportunities where services may help a prospect, tailored to their industry vertical or business model Sales Development Representative

● Conduct effective pre-screening of potential clients to ensure alignment with our culture and values

● Identify new prospects using provided technologies to create new lead lists

● Maintain daily “meetings booked” KPIs and log interactions via Hubspot CRM

● Record and log calls via provided cold-calling software
