Our Wellbeing Centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi also provide high quality support for a wide range of mental health conditions, supporting both adults and children.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Aspris as the Head of Safeguarding in our Care division. Working remotely with nationwide coverage our Head of Safeguarding will be an experienced specialist practitioner with in-depth knowledge of the safeguarding of children and young adults within a care setting. The successful candidate will provide key elements of support to the Executive Safeguarding Lead and the wider Operational management team.

What are we looking for?
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Specialist training and qualifications regarding Safeguarding in Children and Adults
Demonstrates a sound knowledge of protection, prevent and safeguarding.
Trained to a minimum level 3 Safeguarding (Adults & children)
Able to have honest, professional, and challenging conversations in a variety of settings.
Worked for 3 years or more in a role and setting where safeguarding was the core element of the role and/or service
Experience of working in a care setting and understanding regulatory requirements around safeguarding
