Tasks

  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, from requirement gathering to final delivery.

  • Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.

  • Coordination with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure objectives are met according to quality standards and timelines.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and progress updates are clear.

  • Agile Methodology Implementation: Use agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation plans.

  • Performance Reporting and Monitoring: Manage project KPIs and track progress, adjusting strategies as needed.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

  • Experience in banking or compliance projects – plus

  • Experience in direct contact with technical teams and resource management.

  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Project management certifications (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are valued but not mandatory.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
