We are currently searching for a Remote Performance Tester – LoadRunner & Azure Applications:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for web applications.
Develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner (HTTP Protocol); TruClient scripting is a plus.
Manage all phases of performance testing independently, including planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Conduct client discussions related to Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), test reports, and defect analysis.
Create and run performance scripts for Power BI-based applications.
Use AppInsights and other monitoring tools to analyze performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Generate and maintain performance reports to monitor system trends.
Track, report, and manage performance defects using DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams to resolve performance issues.
Execute various types of performance tests using LRE (LoadRunner Enterprise) or LRC (LoadRunner Cloud).

Requirements:

7–9 years of experience in performance testing.
Strong proficiency in LoadRunner (HTTP Protocol).
Experience testing Azure-based and Power BI applications.
Ability to manage end-to-end performance testing cycles.
Experience handling client communications and defect analysis.
Proficiency in using monitoring tools like AppInsights.

Desired:

Knowledge of TruClient scripting.
Familiarity with Jira, DevOps, and performance reporting tools.

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
