Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • 20 hours per week
  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Transform qualified leads into satisfied customers through personalized phone and text communication
  • Create engaging conversations with prospects, building rapport while understanding their specific vehicle care needs
  • Provide expert consultation on various services, from basic detailing to premium ceramic coating solutions
  • Manage appointment scheduling while optimizing the service calendar
  • Maintain detailed interaction records and follow-up schedules in our CRM system
  • Develop and execute personalized follow-up strategies for different customer scenarios
  • Send professional confirmation messages and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Track conversion metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer preferences


Requirements
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in consultative sales and appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Natural ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build instant rapport
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales opportunities
  • Basic understanding of automotive care (comprehensive training provided for technical aspects)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Commitment to working Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time
