Job description

This is a remote position.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 6.30 PM UK time with one hour unpaid lunch
Paid hours per week: 40 hours




Responsibilities

  • Manage financial records using QuickBooks

  • Handle account reconciliation and recording of financial transactions

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Assist with payroll preparation and management

  • Handle invoicing for clients



Requirements


  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably for small businesses

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
